On October 24, 2026, the 18th Academic Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Biotechnology and the 2026 National Biotechnology Conference were grandly held at the Sun Lion Renaissance Hotel in Tiexi District, Shenyang. With the theme "Intelligent Integration · Green Leap – New Quality Productive Forces in the Bioeconomy," the conference brought together academicians, experts, government authorities, and representatives from universities, hospitals, and biopharmaceutical enterprises to jointly explore pathways for biotechnology innovation and achievement translation.
As a key resident enterprise of Shenyang International Life and Health City, Shenyang Cell Valley was invited to attend the conference, showcasing the Group's full-chain technology platforms for cell and gene therapy, its core exosome product series, and industrialization achievements. It also received visiting guests for on-site tours, demonstrating the company's development layout of taking root in Shenyang, serving Northeast China, and reaching toward Northeast Asia.

During the conference, Shenyang Cell Valley engaged in in-depth exchanges with government leaders, experts and scholars, and industry peers on its business layout in Northeast China, full-chain technical service capabilities, and exosome product matrix. Leveraging the Group's self-developed industrial-scale manufacturing processes and full-process quality management system, the company highlighted the R&D and industrialization progress of exosomes derived from NK cells, mesenchymal stem cells, and γδT cells, and introduced the U.S. FDA Drug Master File (DMF) filings for the Group's related exosome products, demonstrating its platform capabilities spanning technology R&D, process development, scaled manufacturing, and quality control.
As an important pillar of the Group's layout in Northeast China, Shenyang Cell Valley has been built and is operating in Shenyang International Life and Health City, and is accelerating the alignment of its technology platforms with regional research, clinical, and industrial resources. Taking root in Shenyang, serving Northeast China, and radiating toward Northeast Asia, the company will focus on building a public service platform for the cell and gene therapy industry that integrates technology R&D, process development, manufacturing services, quality control, and achievement translation, providing professional support to universities, hospitals, and biopharmaceutical enterprises, and promoting effective alignment between innovative achievements and industrial needs.

During the related exchange activities of the conference, attending guests visited Shenyang Cell Valley for on-site research in two batches. The reception team provided detailed introductions on platform development, core technology routes, exosome product development, and plans for translating cell therapy achievements, and exchanged views with the guests on directions including research collaboration, technical services, and industrial synergy. Through the on-site visits, the guests gained a further understanding of Shenyang Cell Valley's construction achievements, technical capabilities, and development plans, laying the foundation for subsequent cooperation.
Shenyang has gathered high-quality pharmaceutical universities, research institutes, and clinical medical resources, providing a solid foundation for developing the cell and gene therapy industry. Shenyang Cell Valley will continue to deepen its presence in Shenyang International Life and Health City, leveraging the Group's technological accumulation, industrial-scale manufacturing capabilities, and platform service advantages, and deepening collaborative cooperation with local governments, universities, hospitals, and enterprises. It will promote close alignment among research innovation, clinical needs, and industrial translation, and accelerate the implementation of frontier biotechnology achievements in Northeast China.
This conference participation and the guests' visit further expanded Shenyang Cell Valley's exchange and cooperation with government, industry, academia, research, and medical sectors. Going forward, the company will take public service platform development as its focus and the implementation of specific projects as its driver, helping to cultivate new quality productive forces in the biopharmaceutical field and contributing to Shenyang's development into a life and health industry hub serving Northeast Asia.
